XRP Ledger wallets support transaction types beyond a standard payment. What you can create depends on whether you use the console or the API.
- In the console, XRP Ledger wallets offer OfferCreate, OfferCancel, TrustLine, AccountSet, and SignerListSet, in addition to Payment. The console can also offer CredentialAccept, VaultDeposit, VaultWithdraw, LoanSet, and LoanPay. These five have no dedicated API endpoints; the console submits them as raw signing transactions, so the wallet needs raw signing enabled. Contact your Ripple representative to use these five types. Payments from XRP Ledger wallets also accept a Source tag and Destination tag.
- Through the API, dedicated endpoints create trust lines (trust-set), account settings (account-set), clawbacks, DEX offers (offer-create and offer-cancel), signer lists (signer-list-set), and automated market maker (AMM) operations (amm-create, amm-deposit, and amm-withdraw). Transfers accept
sourceTaganddestinationTaginconfig. - For any other XRP Ledger transaction type, including signing as one signer on a multi-signed transaction, use raw signing with the XRP Ledger encoding format.
