Log in

All Ripple Payment products, as well as Ripple Stablecoin, use the same unified login process for both administrators and basic users, as well as for access to product support.

Set your password

When either Ripple or an administrator from your organization creates a new account for you, you will receive two emails from Ripple:

  • An email with subject line, Welcome to Ripple! with a link to the Ripple Onboarding portal (the home.ripple.com site).
  • An email with subject line, Set your Ripple Onboarding account password with a link for setting your password for the first time.

If you did not receive these emails, contact an administrator for your organization. If you are an adminstrator, contact technicalsupport@ripple.com.

When choosing your password, it must contain:

  • At least 12 characters.
  • At least 3 of the following:
    • Lower case letters (a-z)
    • Upper case letters (A-Z)
    • Numbers (0-9)
    • Special characters (for example: !@#$%^&*)
  • No more than 2 identical characters in a row.

If you forget your password, or need to reset it for any reason, go to the Ripple Onboarding Portal, home.ripple.com, and select Forgot password?

Log in

Prerequisite

To log in to the Ripple Onboarding Portal, you need an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator on your mobile device. You need this to generate a one-time authentication code when you log in.

To log in:

  1. Go to the Ripple Onboarding Portal, home.ripple.com.

  2. Enter the email address and password for your account, and select Continue.

  3. The login UI displays a window requesting a one-time authentication code. (If you have never authenticated before, this box also displays a QR code for you to scan with your authentication application, to generate the code.)

  4. Check your preferred authentication application for the new authentication code, and enter it in the login UI.

  5. To avoid having to do this extra authentication step the next time you log in, check the box Remember this device for 30 days.

  6. Select Continue to complete the authentication.

When authentication is complete and you are logged in, the Welcome back! home page displays.
