Funded Payments
To fund your fiat payments using the Funded Payments method, follow these steps and consider Ripple's expected operating schedule as outlined in the following sections.

The Funded Payments method is currently available to US customers only.
Prerequisites
No universal prerequisites currently exist for using the Funded Payments method. Contact your Ripple liaison to find out if there are any prerequisites specific to your funding activities.
Deposit fiat funds
To make a deposit, submit your payment to Ripple's designated bank account using either ACH or wire transfer. Contact your Ripple liaison to obtain Ripple's deposit instructions, including:
- Name
- Address
- Bank name
- Bank account number
- Bank routing number
Note
ACH transfers may take longer than wire transfers to reach Ripple.
Your activity statement shows any deposits Ripple receives from you. This statement also shows your prepaid balance. For more information on when deposits are processed, see Expected operating schedule. The net fiat balance in your Ripple Payments account is the amount of fiat currency available for use.
Request refunds
To request a refund, contact your Ripple liaison.
Expected operating schedule
We expect to process payment deposits according to the following operating schedule.

The schedule below is shared for informational purposes and subject to change at Ripple's discretion at any time and without notice. Ripple isn't responsible for any transaction delays - see your Ripple Payments Direct contract for more details. We encourage you to initiate your payments in accordance with your bank's schedule to help ensure timely processing.
Weekdays
On weekdays, deposits are expected to be processed as follows:

On weekends and holidays, deposits are expected to be processed as follows:
