Users

The Users page displays a list of users who are authorized to access various Liquidity Hub features. The list also includes each user's email and their user type.

Access the users page

Note: You must be an Administrator to access the Users page. Check your permissions in your Liquidity Hub UI user profile.

In the top right menu of the Liquidity Hub UI, click Settings icon Settings > Users.

If you're an Administrator, you can perform the following user management actions from the Users page:

User types and permissions

When an administrator adds a new user in Liquidity Hub, the available user types and permissions enable them to grant only the appropriate amount of access suited to the user's role. This helps prevent unauthorized access to sensitive data.

You can set the user type and permissions when you add a new user in the UI. The following sections list the available user types and permissions.

User types

The following user types are available in Liquidity Hub:

User type Description
Administrator A user in this role is automatically assigned all available permissions.
Regular User A user in this role may be assigned any of the following permissions:
  • View and/or edit API credentials.
  • View portfolio balance information.
  • View trade information and create new trades.
  • View information about transfer activity and create new transfer requests.

Permissions

The following permissions are available in Liquidity Hub:

Permission Options
API Credentials
  • Can View: Users with this permission can view the name and client ID of existing API credential(s).
  • Can Edit: Users with this permission can create, edit, rotate, and delete API credentials.
Portfolio
  • Can View: Users with this permission can view asset balance information on the Portfolio page.
Trades
  • Can View: Users with this permission can view and download information about completed trades on the Trades page.
Trades > Trade Execution To select the following options, you must first select the Can View option for the Trades permission.
  • Can View: This option is automatically selected when you select the Can Trade option.
  • Can Trade: Users with this permission can create a new trade. The New Trade button on the Trades page is only visible to users who have this permission.
Transfers
  • Can View: Users with this permission can view and download information about deposit and withdrawal activity on the Transfers page.
Transfers > Withdrawals To select the following options, you must first select the Can View option for the Transfers permission.
  • Can View: This option is automatically selected when you select the Can Withdraw option.
  • Can Withdraw: Users with this permission can create a new withdrawal request. The New Transfer button on the Transfers page is only visible to users who have this permission.
