Managing your users and the access permissions they have is essential to keeping your financial assets and data secure. The user permissions available in the Liquidity Hub enable you to assign granular permissions to each user to given them the appropriate level of access.

This page provides detailed instructions on how to:

Add a new user

Prerequisite

You must be an Administrator to add a new user. Check your permissions in your Liquidity Hub UI user profile.

  1. In the top right menu of the Liquidity Hub UI , click Settings icon Settings > Users .
  2. On the Users page, click New User .
  3. On the New User page, enter the following information in the User Info section:
Field Value
First Name The user's first name.
Last Name The user's last name.
Email The user's email address.
  1. In the User Type section, select one of the available user types. For information about each user type, see User types .
  2. In the Permissions section, select the type of access this user will have for each feature. For details about all available permissions, see Permissions .
    Note

    If you are creating an Administrator-type user, skip the next step. An Administrator is automatically assigned all available permissions.

  3. To finish adding the user, click Create User .

On the Users page, the newly created user appears in the users list.

Edit an existing user

Prerequisite

You must be an Administrator to edit an existing user. Check your permissions in your Liquidity Hub UI user profile.

  1. In the top right menu of the Liquidity Hub UI , click Settings icon Settings > Users .
  2. Click the overflow menu overflow menu corresponding to the user you want to edit. Then, click Edit .
  3. On the Edit User page, make the desired changes.
  4. To save your changes, click Save User .

On the Users page, a confirmation message is displayed.

Delete a user

Prerequisite

You must be an Administrator to delete a user. Check your permissions in your Liquidity Hub UI user profile.

  1. In the top right menu of the Liquidity Hub UI , click Settings icon Settings > Users .
  2. Click the overflow menu overflow menu corresponding to the user you want to edit. Then, click Delete .
  3. In the confirmation dialog, click Delete to confirm that you want to delete the user.

On the Users page, a confirmation is displayed, indicating that you deleted the user.
