How long will it take to receive my stablecoin?

While Ripple operates on a 24 x 7 x 365 basis, please note that payment settlement times may vary by bank. Ripple must wait for fiat transactions to clear through traditional payment rails before sending Ripple USD (RLUSD) to your wallet.

What happens if I haven’t received my stablecoin?

If any issues arise, please reach out to the Ripple Support team.

Wrong Wallet ID in wire transfer You provided an incorrect wallet ID in your fiat wire transfer. As a result, Ripple is unable to identify the correct recipient, which may result in funds being allocated incorrectly.
  • Double-check your wallet ID before making any fiat transfers.
  • If you've already sent the transfer with an incorrect wallet ID, refer to your onboarding document for your account details and contact your Ripple Account Manager with your bank transfer reference number for further assistance.
Missing Wallet ID in wire transfer You didn't provide a wallet ID in your fiat wire transfer. As a result, Ripple can't allocate the funds.
  • Always include your wallet ID in the transfer notes or reference field.
  • If you've already sent the transfer without a wallet ID, refer to your onboarding document for your account details and contact your Ripple Account Manager with your bank transfer reference number for further assistance.
Insufficient gas You don't have enough XRP or ETH in your wallet to cover the transaction fees when redeeming Ripple USD for fiat. As a result, the transaction will not be processed.
  • Before you initiate a redemption, make sure your wallet has enough XRP or ETH to cover network fees.
  • If your redemption failed, deposit additional XRP or ETH into your wallet and retry the transaction.
  • Check current gas fees on your wallet or on a blockchain explorer to estimate the required amount.
