# Registry for blockchains, assets, and currencies

Today we are releasing the **registry** in Wallet-as-a-Service (Palisade) — a catalog of every blockchain, asset, and fiat currency the platform supports, available in the console under **Settings → Registry**.

The registry serves as the platform's source of truth for supported networks and tokens and their properties, such as token decimals, contract addresses, and standards. Owners and administrators can also add **custom assets**, so your organization can work with tokens that are not yet part of the global catalog.

Custom assets belong to your organization, and only your organization can see them. Palisade manages the global catalog.

## Background

Institutional teams work with a growing set of tokens, and until now the console did not show which blockchains, assets, and currencies the platform supports, or let organizations add their own. The registry brings the full catalog into the console and gives owners and administrators a self-service way to add custom assets, without waiting for a token to join the global catalog.

## Key features

- **Browse the catalog** — View supported blockchains, assets, and currencies in one place. Filter assets by blockchain, source, and status, or search by name and symbol.
- **Custom assets** — Add your organization's own tokens with their symbol, blockchain, standard, contract address, and decimals. Edit, enable, and disable them at any time.
- **Sources and verification** — Every asset shows its source (Palisade, CoinGecko, Customer, Legacy, or Auto), and assets that Palisade has reviewed display a **Verified** badge.
