Troubleshooting failed payments

To troubleshoot failed payments, select the failed payment from the payments list and examine the error message for information on how to handle the error. The error message includes:

• A unique error code that you can provide to technical support in case you're unable to resolve the issue on your own.
• An error description that includes details about the error.
• Actionable information ( What you can do ) on how to resolve the error.
