Service Level Agreement for fiat fund transfer requests

We process Liquidity Hub fiat fund deposit and withdrawal requests according to the following Service Level Agreement (SLA):

• Requests received by 21:00 UTC are processed by the end of the same business day.
• Requests received after 21:00 UTC are processed on the next business day.
